Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect when you visit letusliquidate.com or contact us through the site, what we do with it, and what choices you have. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

Information we collect

Inquiry submissions. When you fill out the offer-request form, we receive the fields you provide — name, work email, phone, company, role, lot details, pickup location, message, and any attachments — along with the time of submission and any campaign attribution parameters present in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid).

Direct messages. Email or phone calls you initiate go to our team and are stored in our records like any other business correspondence.

Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read, how they arrive, and which calls-to-action work. This includes a Google-issued client identifier, the referring URL, your approximate location (city level, derived from IP), browser and device type, and which events fire (page views, form interactions). We do not share this data with anyone outside Google.

Cookies and local storage. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies for the purposes above. We separately store any gclid parameter (used for Google Ads conversion attribution) in your browser's local storage for 90 days.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, and complete a transaction with you
• To follow up on questions you've asked us
• To improve the site and the way we describe what we do
• To measure marketing performance (which channels and campaigns produce real inquiries)

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

The only third party that processes data on our behalf is Google, through Google Analytics, for the purposes described above.

If we ever need to retain a separate processor (for example, a CRM provider or hosting partner) we'll update this page first.

We may disclose information when required by law — for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order — or when necessary to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, or as required to comply with our legal obligations. Site analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it's deleted automatically.

Your choices

• Don't submit the form — there's no obligation. Email or call us directly instead.
• Opt out of analytics — install a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block analytics cookies in your browser.
• Ask us to delete what we have — email sales@letusliquidate.com and we'll remove your records.
• Correct your information — same email; we'll update what we have on file.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects how we handle your information, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version here.
